Twice a year, we sit down with you and go over your business in detail. We’ll review where things stand, talk about new technologies, and learn as much as we can about where your company is headed. Basically, the review helps us align your IT with your business. Because you know what they say about those that stand still.

With Ripple, you get a real human that is looking out for your business from a high level. Sure, the twice yearly business review allows us to really dive deep into your company’s growing IT needs, but your Strategist is there whenever you might need them.

Ripple monitors your network and servers all the time. When there’s a potential problem, we step in before it becomes big trouble. Whew.
2. Backed up, twice
The thing about backup software is (and we’re talking all backup software, here) it can fail. And that’s not okay. So, Ripple backs up your servers with two completely different technologies — just in case.
3. We bring the firewall
Part of your Ripple IT service is a hardened, managed firewall. We monitor and manage it, to keep out the goblins and goobledigook.
4. Spam and viruses begone
Spam blocking and virus protection is part of your service, and they’re fully managed. We’ll do the lists, updates, and installs. You just get back to those replies.

There are a lot of IT-related things to manage: computer warranties, software licenses, internet service providers, wiring guys. We wrangle them all, and work on your behalf. That way, you can spend your day doing your work, and not juggling infrastructure.
When you need new computers, peripherals, and other gear, just let us know. We’ll put together recommendations and make the order. Already have a preferred vendor? Awesome. We don’t need to change that. But you could probably do without all the legwork. No sweat. We’re on it.

When your workstation or laptop needs a service pack, a Photoshop upgrade, or an Office install… that’s us. Sound easy? It is.
