We help your people do the best work of their careers.
Ripple IT is an MSP based in Atlanta and New York. We support your people, secure your systems, and accelerate your business. If you’re hiring a managed IT services partner, you may as well get one your team will love...

That’s what we call IT for the People®.
Our Team Really is
Our Secret Sauce.
When your team dreads calling IT, they put up with broken stuff and inefficiency for way too long. It slows them down. Even worse, small issues become bigger issues, and bigger issues become major IT problems. Our team is full of smart, lovely people, and that isn't just a happy coincidence. It's a carefully designed part of the service offering. It also makes for a much nicer work day.See what happens when something breaks and...

Frequently Asked Questions
Most of our clients have some level of on-site support built into their plan. Our field specialists handle on-site needs across our service areas, and for clients with multiple locations, we build that coverage into your support plan. No scrambling for a technician when something physical needs attention.
Your team can reach us via phone, email, or live chat — whatever works for them. And unlike some IT companies where you're constantly re-explaining your situation to a new person, our team actually knows your environment.
Yes — and we'd say that even if we weren't an IT company. Downtime is expensive. Security breaches are catastrophic. A team stuck waiting on a broken laptop or failed VPN can't do their best work. Great IT removes friction and lets your people focus on what they're actually good at.
Every organization is different, so we don't publish a one-size-fits-all rate. What we can tell you is that our pricing is transparent, per-user, and built to scale with you. Most clients find that working with Ripple costs less than a full-time in-house IT hire — and comes with a lot more expertise and bandwidth.
We use per-user pricing — your monthly cost scales with your headcount, not a vague flat fee. Factors that affect your quote include number of users, number of offices, percentage of remote workers, devices used, and any compliance requirements.
Our services are designed for organizations with at least 25 employees. Below that, the economics of fully managed IT don't usually make sense for either side. That said, if you're growing fast, it's never too early to have a conversation about where you're headed.
It depends on the size and complexity of your organization, but we move fast. Most clients are fully onboarded within a few weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline during the consultation — and we stick to it.
Three phases: Consultation, Implementation, and Ongoing Support. We start by learning about your business, team, pain points, and goals. Then we design a strategy and build your IT roadmap. Our implementation team does the actual work, and after that you're in steady-state with ongoing support and regular strategic check-ins.
Easier than you think. We've done this hundreds of times and handle the transition so you don't have to. Our onboarding team audits your current setup, builds a migration plan, and gets your team up and running with minimal disruption. The hardest part is usually just deciding you're ready.
We make it seamless. When someone joins your team, we get them set up with the right devices, accounts, and access — from anywhere. When they leave, accounts are closed and data is secured just as quickly. It's one less thing for HR to stress about.
Worksafe™ Harmony is our proprietary endpoint security solution that protects your team's devices without slowing them down. We bundle it with our managed services to make sure your people are protected whether they're in the office, at home, or at the airport.
Yes. We work with clients navigating SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI, FINRA/SEC, and client-audit requirements. Ripple itself is SOC 2 Type 2 certified, so we know the playbook.
Co-managed IT is for companies that already have an in-house IT person or team, but need extra firepower: More expertise, additional capacity, or tools they don't have access to on their own. If you have IT staff who are stretched thin or missing key skillsets, co-management might be exactly what you need.
Both. Always have. Whether your team is all-Mac, all-PC, we've got you covered. We also support iPads, iPhones, Android devices, and more.
Our core services include 24/7 help desk support (phone, email, or chat), network and security management, user onboarding and offboarding, strategic IT planning, vendor management, employee lifecycle and asset management, IT security education, and endpoint protection via our Worksafe™ Harmony platform. We can be your entire IT department or work alongside your existing team as a co-managed partner.
Mike Landman founded Ripple in 1997. We've been at this for a while.
It starts with our philosophy: IT for the People®. We believe technology only works when it works for the folks using it — which means responsive, friendly support your team will actually want to call, and proactive strategy instead of reactive fixes. We're also SOC 2 Type 2 certified, so if a bad audit could be a career-impacting moment, we should talk.
Ripple was born in Atlanta, and we have a second location in New York City. But we've been supporting distributed teams since before it was normal. Most of our clients are hybrid workplaces with multi-office setups. If your people are spread out, we're built for that.
We work with organizations of 25–250 employees who are serious about using IT as a competitive advantage. We work across industries, though we have deep experience in financial services, healthcare, creative companies, nonprofits, and PE-backed businesses. If you're in an industry where safety, security, and compliance are critical, we're SOC 2 Type 2 certified and definitely worth a call.
We're a managed service provider (MSP) — which means we handle all things IT so your team doesn't have to. That includes proactive monitoring and security, help desk support, onboarding and offboarding employees, network management, vendor wrangling, compliance, and strategic planning. Basically, if it touches technology and affects how your people work, we're on it.
