We’ve been rocking Atlanta IT Support since our founding way back in 1997. Atlanta is where we grew from Mike Landman’s dream of a knowledgeable and friendly IT company to a fully realized team of Mac and PC experts. So naturally there’s a special place in our hearts for the city where it all began.

Ripplers have a number of favorite hangouts in Atlanta, some of which we support with our Free WiFi service. Here’s a few of the current Ripple Free WiFi Hotspots in the ATL:

Ripple IT Supports Octane Coffee in Atlanta GA
Octane coffee + bar
Octane is one of the premier coffee shops and roasteries in the southeast. Back in the day, their first location on the westside of Atlanta functioned as Ripple’s second office. Nowadays, there’s two locations in Atlanta and two in Birmingham.

West Midtown
1009-B Marietta St NW
Atlanta GA 30318

Grant Park at The Jane
437 Memorial Dr SE
Atlanta, GA 30312

In addition to being Ripple Free WiFi sponsors, Octane Coffee uses Ripple’s OfficeTalk phone service to connect all four of their stores in the Southeast. And you can still find Ripplers hanging out at one or more of the Octane locations; having drinks, spinning records, and putting on cello performances.

Ripplers live all over Atlanta, so naturally there’s a ton of places that we feel define our city. But in order to keep it brief, we’ve created a shortlist of some spots you should definitely check out at least when in the ATL.

Ripple loves Fox Bros Bar-B-Q Atlanta GA
Fox Brothers Bar-B-Q
There’s a boatload of debate about what constitutes authentic barbecue, and we’re by no means experts on the subject. However, Ripplers do know what we like. A semi-new establishment, Fox Brothers has been churning out some seriously tasty southern grub since 2005.

1238 Dekalb Avenue
Atlanta, GA 30307

Ripple loves The Clermont Lounge Atlanta GA
The Clermont Lounge
This late night ATL staple is affectionately known as the place “where strippers go to die.” It’s not so much a gentlemen’s club or strip joint as it is a weird piece of Atlanta culture that seems to be as celebrated by the locals as it is by celebrities like Anthony Bourdain.

789 Ponce de Leon Ave NE
Atlanta, GA 30306

Ripple IT loves Hop City in Atlanta GA
Hop City Craft Beer & Wine
Most Ripplers love good Belgian or American microbrew beer. Hop City, located just across the street from Octane Coffee’s West Midtown location, has an eye-opening amount of ales available in cases, kegs, and growlers. Oh, and there’s wine, too.
